Settlement of disputes and re-examination

To avoid disputes and the need to resort to the courts concerning the application of the final agreement, various dispute settlement mechanisms, such as joint review and mediation, are planned. Arbitration would only be used in the cases expressly described in the final agreement.

The final agreement would be permanent. However, to avoid it becoming outdated or giving rise to conflicts, the parties in question would be called upon to re-examine the agreement periodically in light of new contexts.
